P R O G R A M U L
de pregătire, deszăpezire şi combaterea poleiului pe drumurile comunale în perioada de iarnă
2025-2026
Pentru prevenirea şi înlăturarea efectelor produse de înzăpeziri şi de polei pe drumurile comunale în perioada 2025-2026 se stabilesc următoarele acţiuni:
1.Sectoarele de drumuri comunale pe care se va acţiona în iarna 2025-2026 pentru deszăpezire şi combaterea poleiului se stabilesc în lungime de 23,565 km din totalul de 24,420 km care reprezintă reţeaua de drumuri comunale aşa cum sunt prevăzute în anexa nr. 1.
2.Intervenţia în situaţii de înzăpezire şi/sau combaterea poleiului se va face pe niveluri de viabilitate aşa cum sunt prevăzute în anexa nr.1.
3.Pentru combaterea poleiului cu material antiderapant (nisip) se va asigura un volum total de 100 tone si 1500 litri motorina potrivit anexei nr.2.
4.La acţiunile de deszăpezire şi de combatere a poleiului vor fi folosite utilaje şi mijloace tehnice auto/hipo din dotarea proprie a Consiliului local al primăriei sau din închiriere .
5.La acţiunile de deszăpezire şi combatere a poleiului vor participa un număr de 30 de persoane din care 2 mecanici auto.
6.Acţiunile de deszăpezire şi combatere a poleiului vor fi coordonate şi controlate de Comandamentul special constituit în acest scop.
